搁置/撤回 收录条件 · Inclusion criteria
仅收录港交所申请已失效 / 撤回 / 拒绝，且满足其一的发行人：(a) 证监会备案从未获接收，且最新一次 A1 距今超过 6 个月；或 (b) 备案获接收后停留在「已接收」或「征求监管意见」，且最新一次 A1 距今超过 1 年、未再重新递交。备案已获接收的其他失效个案通常会重新递交，仍归入「上市申请中」。
Only issuers whose HKEX application has lapsed / been withdrawn / been rejected, AND either (a) the CSRC filing was never received and the latest A1 is more than 6 months old, or (b) the filing is parked at the received or regulator-opinion stage with no new A1 for over 1 year. Lapsed applicants whose CSRC filing has been received typically refile and remain under "In application".

本工具基于港交所和中国证监会公开披露材料，自动整理发行人 A1、备案接收、补充材料、监管意见、备案通知书及已上市状态。规则脚本负责采集、标准化、匹配和质量门控；LLM 仅用于处理双语、曾用名、简称等歧义候选；本地检索/RAG 用于证据发现和人工复核，不直接生成公开日期。
The tracker is built from public HKEX and CSRC disclosures. Rule-based scripts own collection, normalization, matching and quality gates; LLM assistance is limited to ambiguous candidate curation; local retrieval/RAG is used for evidence discovery and review, not as an automatic source of public dates.

来源采集、候选评分、时间线拆分、统计口径、行业初筛、保荐人标准化、校验和发布门控均由规则脚本执行。
LLM 什么时候介入？When LLM curates
仅当存在双语名称、曾用名、红筹境内实体、简称或低置信候选歧义时介入；LLM 只能确认或否决候选，不能发明日期。
RAG 什么时候使用？When local RAG helps
本地 AP 文本索引用于提取业务、监管章节、密交线索和保荐人；向量/RAG 检索用于人工核查和证据发现，不直接写入公开日期。
页面分流什么时候发生？When pages split
先判断已上市，再判断仍在申请中或搁置/撤回。港交所 A1 失效本身不等于项目终止；若 CSRC 备案仍有接收、补材料或监管意见线索，会继续留在申请中并打标签。
